A fast, no-yeast flatbread pizza dough made in 5 minutes with pantry staples. Perfect for thin, crispy pizzas or soft, chewy flatbreads.

Ingredients

1½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add olive oil and warm water. Stir until dough forms.

  3. Knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.

  4. Divide into 2–4 pieces and roll thin.

  5. Cook in a hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side, or bake at 450°F for 5–7 minutes.

  6. Add toppings and return to oven or skillet until cheese melts.

Notes

Add herbs or garlic to the dough for extra flavor.

Store dough in the fridge up to 2 days or freeze for later.

Use as a wrap, pizza base, or flatbread side.
