Buffalo Chicken Pizza is a spicy, cheesy favorite with bold buffalo sauce, juicy chicken, melty cheese, and a crispy crust — perfect for pizza night or parties.

  • 1 lb pizza dough

  • 1½ cups cooked shredded chicken

  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce

  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar

  • 23 tbsp blue cheese crumbles (optional)

  • Optional: green onions, ranch drizzle, parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out dough to 12–14″.

  2. Mix chicken with buffalo sauce.

  3. Spread dressing on dough, then layer mozzarella, buffalo chicken, cheddar, and blue cheese.

  4. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  5. Garnish with green onions or ranch drizzle. Slice and serve hot.
