Golden biscuit bombs filled with savory beef and melted cheese—easy to make, fun to eat, and perfect for snacks, dinner, or parties.
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 lb ground beef
½ small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire or 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
8 cubes cheddar or mozzarella (¾–1 inch)
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, and seasoning. Drain and cool.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Add 1½ tbsp beef mixture and 1 cube cheese to center.
Fold dough over filling and seal into a ball.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush with butter mixed with garlic powder and herbs.
Bake 13–16 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes and serve with dipping sauce.
