Ingredients

Scale

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 lb ground beef
½ small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire or 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
8 cubes cheddar or mozzarella (¾1 inch)
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, and seasoning. Drain and cool.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

Add 1½ tbsp beef mixture and 1 cube cheese to center.

Fold dough over filling and seal into a ball.

Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

Brush with butter mixed with garlic powder and herbs.

Bake 13–16 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool 5 minutes and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Avoid overfilling. Chill beef mixture for easy assembly. Try air frying for a crispy version.
