Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are crispy, golden tortilla wraps filled with juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, melty cheese, and optional veggies. A fast, crowd-pleasing comfort meal.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs, diced
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil (for toasting)
Optional: sliced tomato, spinach, red onion, jalapeños

Instructions

  • Cook chicken in olive oil with garlic and seasonings until golden and cooked through.

  • In a bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar.

  • Lay out tortillas. Add chicken, cheese, and optional veggies to each.

  • Fold and roll tightly. Brush outside with melted butter.

  • Toast in skillet over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.

  • Slice and serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.
Add cream cheese or ranch for a creamy filling.
Freeze after cooking and reheat in a skillet or air fryer.
