Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are crispy, golden tortilla wraps filled with juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, melty cheese, and optional veggies. A fast, crowd-pleasing comfort meal.
1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs, diced
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil (for toasting)
Optional: sliced tomato, spinach, red onion, jalapeños
Cook chicken in olive oil with garlic and seasonings until golden and cooked through.
In a bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar.
Lay out tortillas. Add chicken, cheese, and optional veggies to each.
Fold and roll tightly. Brush outside with melted butter.
Toast in skillet over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
Slice and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.
Add cream cheese or ranch for a creamy filling.
