Greek Chicken Flatbread is a fresh, fast, and flavorful meal with marinated chicken, crisp vegetables, creamy tzatziki, and warm flatbread. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

4 flatbreads or Greek-style pitas
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup tzatziki
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 English cucumber, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Optional: fresh parsley or dill, sesame seeds, lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for 20–60 minutes.

  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  • Warm flatbreads in a skillet or oven until soft.

  • Prepare toppings: slice veggies, crumble feta, chop herbs.

  • Spread tzatziki on flatbreads, top with chicken, vegetables, and feta.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, garnish with herbs. Serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.
Serve as wraps or bowls for variety.
