Crispy, cheesy pizza-flavored chips baked to perfection—made from tortillas or cheese and topped with sauce, seasonings, and mini toppings for the ultimate snack.
Tortilla Version:
3–4 flour or gluten-free tortillas
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Mini pepperoni or chopped toppings
Olive oil spray
Dried oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes
Cheese-Only Version:
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup Parmesan cheese
2–3 tbsp pizza sauce
Mini toppings (pepperoni, olives, etc.)
Italian seasoning or pizza spice blend
Preheat oven to 375°F (tortillas) or 400°F (cheese chips).
Slice tortillas into wedges or make cheese piles on parchment.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings sparingly.
Bake 7–12 minutes until crisp and golden.
Cool before serving or storing.
Use parchment for easy release. Don’t overload sauce or toppings. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
