4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Pat chicken dry and place in the dish.
Mix mayo (or yogurt), ranch seasoning, and Parmesan (if using) in a bowl.
Spread mixture over chicken evenly. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
