This easy baked ranch chicken is juicy, flavorful, and coated in a creamy ranch mixture that keeps every bite tender and delicious. Perfect for busy nights or meal prep.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  • Pat chicken dry and place in the dish.

  • Mix mayo (or yogurt), ranch seasoning, and Parmesan (if using) in a bowl.

  • Spread mixture over chicken evenly. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
