2–4 flatbreads (naan, pita, or lavash)
½–¾ cup pizza sauce or alternative
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup additional cheeses (Parmesan, provolone, feta, etc.)
Optional: pepperoni, sausage, shredded chicken
Veggies: bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, tomatoes
Olive oil, Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh basil, chili flakes, or arugula for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
