  • 2 cups riced cauliflower or shredded lettuce

  • 12 tsp taco seasoning

  • 1 avocado, sliced or mashed

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional)

  • ¼ cup salsa or pico de gallo

  • Fresh cilantro, lime wedges, jalapeños (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook protein with olive oil and taco seasoning until done. Set aside.
