  • ½ cup water

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • Optional: refried beans or salsa as a base

Toppings (add after baking):

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup sliced black olives

  • 1 avocado, sliced or mashed

  • Jalapeño slices (optional)

  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.

  • Brown ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat. Drain, then add seasoning and water. Simmer 3–4 minutes.

  • Spread taco meat evenly on crust. Top with shredded cheese.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

  • Let cool 5 minutes, then top with lettuce, tomato, olives, avocado, sour cream, and other toppings.

  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use ground turkey or beans for variation. Pre-bake soft dough to prevent sogginess. Customize toppings to your preference.
