1 pizza crust (refrigerated, homemade, or pre-baked)
1 lb ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet (or 2 tbsp homemade blend)
½ cup water
1½–2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
Optional: refried beans or salsa as a base
Toppings (add after baking):
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced black olives
1 avocado, sliced or mashed
¼ cup sour cream or crema
Jalapeño slices (optional)
Fresh cilantro
Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Brown ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat. Drain, then add seasoning and water. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
Spread taco meat evenly on crust. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Let cool 5 minutes, then top with lettuce, tomato, olives, avocado, sour cream, and other toppings.
Slice and serve warm.
Use ground turkey or beans for variation. Pre-bake soft dough to prevent sogginess. Customize toppings to your preference.
