These slow cooker honey garlic meatballs are sweet, savory, and effortlessly delicious. Perfect as an appetizer or main dish, they simmer in a sticky garlic sauce that clings to every bite.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (optional)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Optional: 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

  • Garnish: green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and vinegar.

  • Place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them. Stir gently to coat.

  • Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

  • Optional: In last 30 minutes, stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.

  • Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Great for appetizers, rice bowls, or sliders. Use homemade or frozen meatballs. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
