These slow cooker honey garlic meatballs are sweet, savory, and effortlessly delicious. Perfect as an appetizer or main dish, they simmer in a sticky garlic sauce that clings to every bite.
32 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
½ cup honey
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp rice vinegar (optional)
4 cloves garlic, minced
Optional: 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Garnish: green onions, sesame seeds
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and vinegar.
Place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them. Stir gently to coat.
Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
Optional: In last 30 minutes, stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
Garnish and serve warm.
