A savory roasted garlic chicken and herb pizza with golden crust, melty cheese, and bright, aromatic flavor — perfect for pizza night.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough

  • 1 head garlic

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1½ cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary or thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: red onion, red pepper flakes, parsley

Instructions

  1. Roast garlic at 400°F for 35–40 minutes. Cool and mash.

  2. Preheat oven to 475°F with baking stone or sheet inside.

  3. Stretch dough to 12″ round on parchment. Brush with oil.

  4. Spread garlic, then add chicken, cheeses, and herbs.

  5. Bake 10–13 minutes until golden and bubbling.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use store-bought roasted garlic for convenience.

  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies.

  • Freeze unbaked pizza for later meals.
