1 lb pizza dough
1 head garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ cups cooked shredded chicken
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp chopped rosemary or thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red onion, red pepper flakes, parsley
Roast garlic at 400°F for 35–40 minutes. Cool and mash.
Preheat oven to 475°F with baking stone or sheet inside.
Stretch dough to 12″ round on parchment. Brush with oil.
Spread garlic, then add chicken, cheeses, and herbs.
Bake 10–13 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Use store-bought roasted garlic for convenience.
