This Spicy Ground Beef Stir-Fry Bowl features seasoned beef, garlic-loaded vegetables, and fluffy jasmine rice — all brought together with a bold, savory-spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup jasmine rice, uncooked

  • 1 tbsp oil (for stir-frying)

  • 2 scallions, sliced

  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Stir-Fry Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp gochujang or sriracha

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

Instructions

  • Cook rice according to package directions; keep warm.

  • In a small bowl, whisk stir-fry sauce ingredients; set aside.

  • Heat oil in skillet. Sauté broccoli, peppers, carrots, and garlic for 4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  • Add ground beef to skillet and cook until browned.

  • Pour in sauce; stir and cook for 2–3 minutes.

  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef, veggies, scallions, and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

Swap in ground turkey or tofu for variation. Store components separately for meal prep. Adjust spice level to taste.
