Sweet Chili Meatballs Crockpot is a sticky, savory-sweet dish of tender meatballs simmered in a tangy chili glaze. Perfect for parties, game days, or easy dinners over rice.
1.5–2 lbs frozen fully cooked meatballs
1 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup grape jelly (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Optional: green onions, sesame seeds for garnish
Add meatballs to a 4–6 quart crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk chili sauce, grape jelly, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
Pour sauce over meatballs and stir to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
Stir once or twice during cooking.
Serve warm with optional garnishes or over rice/noodles.
Use turkey or chicken meatballs for a lighter option.
Add chili flakes for more heat.
Substitute apricot jam or honey for grape jelly.
