1.52 lbs frozen fully cooked meatballs
1 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup grape jelly (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Optional: green onions, sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Add meatballs to a 4–6 quart crockpot.

  • In a bowl, whisk chili sauce, grape jelly, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.

  • Pour sauce over meatballs and stir to coat.

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

  • Stir once or twice during cooking.

  • Serve warm with optional garnishes or over rice/noodles.
