1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
1/2 cup whole milk ricotta
1 to 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil optional
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 475°F and prepare a baking surface.

  • Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

  • Stretch dough into a 12 inch round and place on baking surface.

  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
