This Tender Crock Pot Angel Chicken is an easy, creamy comfort food made with juicy chicken, Italian-seasoned cream sauce, and served over angel hair pasta. A weeknight dinner favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed

  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix

  • ¼ cup butter

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 12 oz angel hair pasta

  • Optional: parsley or Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt together soup, cream cheese, butter, broth, and dressing mix over low heat. Stir until smooth.

  • Place chicken in crock pot. Pour sauce over the top.

  • Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3 hours.

  • Shred or slice chicken and return to sauce.

  • Cook pasta separately according to package directions.

  • Serve creamy chicken over pasta. Garnish as desired.

Notes

Use thighs for a richer version. Add mushrooms or spinach to the sauce. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 4 days.
