1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy White Sauce:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Combine olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, coriander, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Coat chicken with marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to prepare the sauce. Chill until ready.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with creamy white sauce and garnish with parsley.
Do not overcrowd the pan to allow proper browning.
